Customer Service Request

Enter the name associated with the membership
Enter the license plate number associated with the membership OR the fast pass number associated with the membership
Enter ONLY the last 4 (four) digits for the credit card associated with the membership
Select the location where the membership was initiated

All requests are responded to within 3 business days.  Upon completion, an email confirmation from CDS Admin will be sent directly to the email address on file.  We kindly ask that you check your Spam Folder, as well.  Thank you for contacting Super Star Car Wash!
